How does the 60-day free trial work?

You get full, unrestricted access to the platform for 60 days — no credit card required to start. At the end of your trial, you can choose monthly or annual billing. If you decide QuantAscent isn't the right fit, simply don't subscribe. No pressure, no automatic charge.

What does “full access” actually mean?

Every tool, every dataset, every workflow in the platform — included. Factor research, strategy builder, backtesting engine, portfolio analysis, automation, tutorials, and documentation. There is no premium tier above the standard subscription. What you trial is what you get.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly subscribers can cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the billing period. Annual subscribers can cancel before renewal with no penalty. There are no cancellation fees. Your strategies, data, and research remain exportable upon cancellation.

Which brokerages does QuantAscent support?

QuantAscent currently supports integration with major US brokerages for portfolio syncing and automated rebalancing. A full and up-to-date list of supported brokerages is available in the documentation. Brokerage coverage expands regularly — integration requests can be submitted through the platform.

What financial data is included?

The platform includes 20+ years of structured financial data — fundamental metrics, price history, factor scores, and market data for US equities. Data is updated regularly and sourced from institutional-grade providers. There are no additional data fees — it's included in your subscription.

Does multi-factor investing require finance knowledge?

Not to get started. QuantAscent is built around visual, rule-based strategy construction — you define factors, set weights, and the platform handles the scoring and backtesting. That said, understanding what you're building matters. The platform includes tutorials and documentation that walk through the concepts as you go, so you build intuition alongside your strategy.

Who is QuantAscent built for?

Self-directed investors who want a systematic, research-driven approach to managing their own portfolios. You don't need a finance degree or coding experience — but you do need curiosity and a willingness to learn the workflow. QuantAscent is built for investors who want to understand and own their process, not outsource it.

How does annual billing work?

Annual billing is charged as a single payment of $306/year — equivalent to $25.50/month, a 15% saving over monthly billing. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time from your account settings. Annual billing renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Does automation require coding knowledge?

No. Rebalancing schedules, condition-based triggers, and brokerage execution are all configured through the platform interface — no code required. For users who want to extend functionality programmatically, an API is available. Both paths are supported and documented.
